How do you find your purpose? Does it come to you or do you choose it? While it may not really ‘come’ to you, you may have to find it. But there are some people who ‘know’ it. If you don’t know your purpose in life, then it is possibly because you haven’t spent any time with yourself. Dial your conscious mind to connect with yourself for at least a couple of hours every day. By the end of it, you can get to know yourself really well. Spend some alone time with yourself. That doesn’t mean you walk your dog or go to the gym. Alone time essentially means sitting down all by yourself on a chair, no music, no books or podcasts – just having a conversation with yourself. Ask questions to yourself such as what do you like and what do you love to do? What are you passionate about? What drives you? The more you have these conversations with yourself every day the more you get to know yourself. Spend five minutes each day to have a conversation with yourself, and after a few months you will get to know yourself. Know how you feel and if you are living the life that you want. Prioritise this one thing and you will find your purpose in life.
